Cap Russell

Cap Russell is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Joshua W. Branch, and brings invaluable experience to the firm in the fields of personal injury law, wrongful death, probate, and real estate. A Georgia native, Cap comes from a long line of family attorneys who taught him early on the value of entering a profession where he could make an impactful and positive difference in the lives of others. To this day, helping others remains Cap’s greatest joy in his legal career.

Cap’s approach to the law is client-focused from start to finish. He firmly believes in taking a personalized approach to every case he takes on because he is committed to getting results that matter for the people he represents. For Cap, practicing law isn’t about case files and numbers. It’s about getting to know his clients, learning what matters most to them, and then fighting for exactly that.

Originally from Darien, a small town on the coast of Georgia, Cap’s love for the South is just one of the many ways that he connects with his clients. An avid lover of the outdoors, he enjoys spending time in the marsh or at the river, and he never misses an opportunity to go fishing, especially when he can bring his dogs along with him! In his free time, Cap enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Cap attended the University of Georgia for both his undergraduate and graduate studies, earning a bachelor’s degree from the Grady School of Journalism before going on to earn his Juris Doctor (JD) degree. His professional memberships include: Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and the Young Lawyers Division (YLD). He is also a member of The Richard B. Russell Foundation.
